"First in defining customer service , my view is that actions of the employee would be the starting point of a continuing consumer relationship with a brand or company and promoting loyalty . I must say that Emily Hill meets this expectation, our family has nothing but songs to sing of this young lady . She is customer driven , thorough , punctual ,knowledgeable, attentive and asks at the completion of every encounter if that’s all we need help with , too bad no one is in the cloning business as she’d be the one to clone. You truly do not find people of her kind and willing , readiness nature in the workforce today ! Hats off to Lance Cook for making a great personnel decision that makes frustrating situations as pleasant as can be , I would definitely recommend this agent simply by the face of the office there ! We have no regrets !"

"Oh my goodness! Shawna Cronan, there are not enough words to express my gratitude for this amazing lady. After a small house fire at my house things went all down hill with the claim. From construction to items being brought back to my home. I felt like no one really cared. Never got any call updates or and follow up phone calls. I had to summit my food receipts and just knew that this to would be another stressful task. I actually went to wrong State Farm office that I was supposed to have went to and boy was I so glad!
